Our values

Our core values are the compass that guides our journey toward transforming healthcare accessibility and quality.

Put people first

Take care of our community: our patients, clinicians, colleagues, and our neighborhoods.
Do the right things!

Seek out ways to help our community.

Act on data

Wherever possible, use data to inform our decisions. Look for new ways to capture information or better understand our patients and marketplace. Be curious. Ask “what if” questions that we can test with data.

Find a path forward

Take responsibility for the results of your team and our company, not simply “your job”.

Act with urgency to find a solution.
Ask “why” to understand the root cause of problems.

Share insight

Be open and transparent about decisions, results, and new ideas. Work as a team.

If something is unclear, ask until you understand.

Delight the customer

Surprise patients, clinicians, and other customers with radically excellent customer service.
Anticipate patient and customer needs and provide before they ask. Ask patients about their experience and listen to their response,

Our team

We are a multidisciplinary team - committed to building better healthcare for Africa’s next billion.
